Stay was fine and if the staff would have checked me in the requested room it would have been perfect

− When i checked in i asked for a terrace room which i booked as well, however they checked me in in a room initially on second floor without letting me know only once i noticed its not terrace and went back to reception they confirmed and said they planned to give the room booked by me to someone else which on my request they adjusted but i felt initially that they downgraded my stay

Extraordinary
+ Everything about the property is amazing, from when you step in the concierge, the customer service, reception all professional. Check in very fast, breakfast buffet amazing and the staff are extraordinary. Everything clean.I highly recommend this place if you want to relax and not worry anout anything. Wont be my last visit thats for sure

An excellent place - the best
+ We had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully designed and very modern, the facilities are excellent, and the rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the service. Every single member of staff was attentive, warm, and genuinely focused on making sure guests were happy. They were also very kind to accommodate us with a late checkout, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Manish from Security at the pool. I had misplaced my sunglasses, and he personally checked with the Lost & Found team, located them, and then delivered them back to me himself. That level of care and effort really says a lot about the hotel. The team truly goes above and beyond. And the beach — I honestly can’t say enough about it. The sea was absolutely beautiful, with some of the best water I have ever swum in anywhere in the Emirates. I loved, loved, loved the beach. We had such a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back very soon. Highly recommended.
