+ Great location, friendly staff. Comfortable bed and room.
− Unfortunately, very noisy neighbors the first two nights (and they had changed in-between !!). The receptionist came up and warned them; the hotel did its job.

+ The staff was friendly and eager to help. Very lovely people. The location was near the main square.
− Overall facilities were not good. On our first day the toilet didn't work - it couldn't be flushed. The refrigerator was not working properly (but it's good that they had it). The beds were quite small and solid. They could really really improve the cleanliness of their rooms (walls, floor of the shower) and towels. Also, it was quite noisy outside even at night.

− Needs some renovation. Our bed was bending towards left side so we were sliding down. We have been told that there is a kettle but we didn't find one in the room and we needed to ask for it 3 times to be given one (and no disposable cups) Some lambs were not working I still gave it 7/10 and I can stay for it again as long as it will be short stay

+ More central than this. Literally in the heart of the city. Very friendly staff. It was a miracle that they could speak some English, as in most hotels in Turkiye can't say a word in any foreign language (except for Istanbul).

+ The staff were genuinely friendly and very supportive throughout my stay. I arrived early in the morning, and they kindly arranged an early check‑in for me, which I really appreciated. They also helped by calling a taxi when I needed one. The location was excellent, with easy access to both the city center and the coast. A special thanks to Mr. Yahya, who was exceptionally helpful and made everything even smoother.
− The facilities and the room were a bit old and would benefit from some refurbishment. With a few updates, the overall comfort and experience could be greatly improved.
