We book property with lot of expectations, however the experience was not great. 1. Even though booking clearly mentione
+ Location was good, Spacious, Clean when entered. Big TV 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms - far distance from bedroom
− Equipment in apartment not working as expected. Bathtub looks lavish but doesn’t functions, can you believe bathtub cannot hold the water. Even after raising the concerns to the host no repair, no efforts made to repair it. No proper sewage- water outlet facilities to pass water from the bathroom having bathtub making it more inconvenient and watery bathrooms floor- safety risk. Lift not working, think of going up to 7th floor and coming down with your luggage from 7th floor to down. One room were I slept with family, the bed was making too much sound, the curtains are only net cover, the sunlight will wake you up early.

Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location with minor drawbacks.
+ Great location right in the center of Yerevan, with spacious rooms.
− The downsides were the absence of a bidet and some bathroom clogging during our last three days.

Exceptional

+ Its location is very good, it’s at the center of the city and convenient to all sightseeing in the city. And also lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
− The trigger of hot water in one bathroom is bad so we 5 persons can only use one bathroom. And the building is too old, we have no gas and no electricity one day during our stay. Also elevator is old either.
