Very Good

+ Where the hotel was situated

− No coffee in the rooms and no bottled drinking water. Only received on day one we had to supply our own after that. They did accommodate us and bring us a flask of hot water and we could then make our own coffee

Beautiful outside pool area in the heart of town

+ Beautiful pool and bar areas and the food is excellent. The breakfasts are freshly prepared including delicious breads made in the kitchen, fresh ingredients and the breakfast staff was superbly attentive and helpful. We ate dinner only one night but it was so delicious and again the service was amazing. Rooms are spacious and we very much enjoyed having a terrace to sit out on. The location couldn't be better as you can walk everywhere in the old town. Hadrian's gate is very close as well as the port. You can easily get to beautiful beaches. We loved the tour of the ruins under the hotel.

− The decor and bathrooms in the rooms need renovation. The first room we were given was large and light but the shower valve was broken making it hard to use. The shower head was blocked so water came out at all angles. The showers also leak which has caused long term damage. The other factor to bear in mind is noise levels. We observed that most hotels in the old city are subject to hearing music from adjoining hotels and bars. In this hotel the music goes off at midnight, but in some it is later.

Great place but don’t drive there.

+ Amazing location in the centre of the old town Ruins below the hotel are spectacular. Service and ambiance is amazing.

− Do not drive in the old town streets are narrow and very limited parking

+ The hotel and location was superb and the staff were so friendly and nice We stayed in the istanbul suite and it was lovely

Great location, comfortable hotel, but don’t count on their free parking

+ The hotel premises are beautiful, old ottoman style buildings around a peaceful swimming pool. The ruins underneath the hotel are nice to visit as well.

− What really disappointed me was that the hotel advertises free private parking. This was the main reason I booked this hotel and paid a premium over the other comparable cheaper hotels in the area. The day I booked (which was over one month prior the check in date) I immediately informed the hotel that I would require parking, and was told it would be subject to availability. I would need to contact the hotel half an hour before arrival. Upon arrival the parking lot (that has a capacity of 3 cars only) was full and I ended up having to pay for parking about 10 minutes walking (in the summer heat with heavy suitcases) from the hotel. If I had known beforehand that I wouldn’t be able to confirm parking, I wouldn’t have booked the hotel. I recommend not advertising free private parking if the capacity is only 3 cars (which doesn’t even nearly match the amount of rooms) and it cannot be confirmed at the time of booking.

Probably the most beautiful hotel, and building, in Antalya’s historic city centre. ✨

Exceptional

+ One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was perfect—the food, the staff, the rooms, the pool, and the hotel itself. I enjoyed every moment of my stay. I honestly didn’t want to leave the hotel because everything was so amazing. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was outstanding! Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. Compliments to the chefs for doing such an amazing job. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

+ The location, staff and overall vibe-looks were fantastic. Breakfast was also nice- maybe it would be nice to have more options about coffee and fresh juices. The poolside area was very pleasant and the pool size was super (other similar hotels have rather small pool). Would absolutely visit again!

− One thing that was missing was the option to ironing clothes. Not like the ironing service but the option to use a iron in your own room. Two recommendations: replace the blue poolside umbrellas with ones featuring a more attractive design to improve the overall look, and play calmer or "chill-house" style music by the pool.
