Short but sweet!
+ The receptionist who welcomed us is very professional and welcoming. The staff are very polite. We even had a complimentary upgrade of room & they gave us anniversary cake since we are celebrating our 9th year anniversary. It was a very nice stay and also nice dinner and bfast.
− The television are kind of old school. Maybe they can consider upgrading that. Also, the pool timing, hope it's earlier than 9am.

business visit
+ The best thing about the hotel that makes me come back every 2 weeks is the staff at the front desk and most around the hotel along with the sea side location that makes it calm and headache free at night.
− room was good but the next-door guest was load and apparently noise reduction is not available.

A fun stay for family, and can be romantic place with your partner.
+ Pool is big, and with a mini bar on it! It is family friendly too, they have slides in the pool for kids. I love the view from the pool overlooking to the sea with the Hudayriat reclamation in front. Dinner and Breakfast were both delicious we really enjoy it specially the unli steak at night!
− TV sound level is limit to 20 only. It's okay when you are watching TV channels but if you plug-in devices to watch on Netflix or movies you can't barely here it. Some minor issues with facilities, but an easy fix for sure and will not affect the overall stay.

Very nice hotel, clean and welcoming
+ I had a room upgrade, that was very much appreciated. The pool seems very nice, although I didn't have a chance to try it as I checked in after 6:00pm and it closes 7:00pm. the hotel is clean and friendly and staff very friendly
− the pi8llow was very high, I asked or flat pillow but I had the same high one, my neck was painful in the morning due to the pillow. more options would be very much appreciated

The children enjoyed the pool, but I won't repeat the experience
+ Location
− The reception was terrible. We arrived at the hotel at 3 PM, even though the check-in time was 2 PM, but there were no rooms available, and we waited for more than half an hour for rooms to be provided, poor reception; it was very hot. There is no variety in breakfast.
