Disappointing
− Despite the reservation details, they gave me a room without a city view or any other view and said that the rooms were full. They did not offer me any other compensation for this problem and said that the reservation details are a public document and they are not obliged to provide it. The room I was given was in an inconvenient location and had a bad smell and was very unpleasant.

Great stay, courteous staff and not too far from the shrine. It was easy commute in a taxi.

Comfortable hotel
+ Easy access to the shrine with minivan, great breakfast, great room, make sure to ask for room on the quiet side of hotel, we saw 2 unsuitable rooms before ours (they upgraded us). Staff was very friendly.

The Hotel is good, Location is far from Imam Ali Shrine (needs for arranging a way to ease)
+ The breakfast was good, Location is also good but It's far from Imam Ali Shrine So, I suggest That they organize a free transportation line (shuttle) scheduled according to fixed times, for visitors to Imam Ali Shrine to help them for Visit, as is the case in hotels in Karbala Governorate that receive visitors to the shrine of Imam Hussein.
− The way rooms are cleaned and the way the room is stocked with essential supplies, such as hand soap, body wash lotion, and other necessities. Also, the trash cans must be emptied without the customer's request.
