Excelent value for good, clean accommodation.
+ Nice big room with good bed and lagre cleen bathroom. Air con worked well.
− No lift so stairs only which was OK by me. TV worked but was a bit old and maybe on the way out.

+ Great staff, very polite Clean spaces (especially the toilet which is critical to me) Big room, in nice lively street bustling with nightlife, but in an alley that's quieter than the rest of the area
− The alley is a bit secluded, not too dark or spooky, but that's also good and quiet The room that I got had view at a tin roof, random house balconies and a wall at 1 meter distance

+ As a budget hotel it was perfect for me,decent room,good TV with options perfect location just off buakhao but not noisy late on At the price I'll be staying there on every trip I think from now on

+ On a side street that is away from the hustle and bustle.
− A little unhelpful diss interested at check in and I felt as if it was a lot of trouble to the lady when you made any type of approach. They do not supply any water each day and do not provide “Do not disturb/please make up room” cards for the door! There seems to be 1 young man who lives and sleeps on a couch in the reception who is friendly but it feels a little strange. Having said that it was good value, the bed was excellent and I would stay again.
