We were unable to stay at this hotel because the conditions were simply unacceptable.
− The photos of this hotel are extremely misleading and do not reflect reality at all. The lobby, reception, rooms, and even the exterior look completely different from the pictures on Booking.com. The walls were damaged, the rooms were extremely small, dirty, and absolutely unsuitable for a family of 5 people. The neighborhood was one of the worst we visited in Istanbul — very noisy, dirty, and felt unsafe. On the day we arrived, there was even a dead dog lying under the hotel windows. The windows also face directly into neighboring buildings on both sides. We were honestly in complete shock after arriving. After a long and exhausting flight, being in a foreign city, we did not immediately think about taking photos inside the hotel because we were confused and trying to process what had happened. We politely asked the administration for a little time to think and decide what to do, but instead we were met with extremely rude behavior, threats, and insults, and were aggressively pressured to cancel the reservation with a penalty fee of 90 euros despite not staying there. Because of this stressful situation, we only managed to take photos outside the hotel afterward. However, even those photos clearly show how different the real property looks compared to the pictures presented by the hotel online. I honestly do not understand how this hotel has such a high rating on Booking.com. Reviews on other platforms like trip.com describe the exact same issues: dirt, misleading photos, and poor conditions. (you can find some real photos there). 420 euros for 4 nights in these conditions is absolutely not worth it. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

− The Smell: The rooms constantly smell like burnt cooking oil. It is very unpleasant and lingers throughout the day. • Noise: The walls are paper-thin. You can hear every footstep and every conversation from people in the hallways or neighboring rooms. It is impossible to get a quiet night's sleep. • Breakfast: Very poor selection and disappointing quality. Unacceptable Management and Service The biggest issue is the owner, who is incredibly arrogant, rude, and confrontational. • Lack of Cleaning: Our trash bins weren't emptied for three days, and the room was never cleaned. When I requested basic housekeeping, the owner became aggressive. • Aggressive Behavior: He actually came to my door and started screaming in front of my child. He mockingly told me that I should have read a tiny "Wi-Fi note" which apparently states that cleaning must be requested. He rudely told me that "he doesn't have a problem, I am the one with the problem." I had to literally close the door on him to make him stop shouting. • Disrespectful Communication: He even messaged me telling me to leave the room in the same condition I found it. We are not "neanderthals"—we know how to check out of a hotel. His condescending attitude is shocking for someone in the hospitality industry. Summary: This man is ill-tempered and has no respect for his guests. Save your money and your nerves—stay somewhere else where guests are treated with basic human decency.

+ Great location, short walk from metro station, plenty of restaurants and shop around. 24 hrs front desk was great as we arrived late. Good breakfast. Internet working.
