An architectural gem with a fantastic rooftop pool, great food and a perfect location.
+ A beautiful hotel and an architectural highlight. The rooftop pool is fantastic, with excellent cocktails, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The location is also perfect. A special mention goes to the delicious bread at the breakfast buffet – some of the best hotel bread I’ve ever had!

− Staff is mostly very young and inexperienced: they hardly smile and are not proactive. Eg during breakfast no one explained to us what was included and what not, you always have to chase after waiters and ask for things. At this rate I would at least expect someone to walk around and proactively offer coffee refills. Staff at reception gave us wrong information about parking around the hotel that resulted in us getting 2 fines for wrong parking. In a 5-star hotel with such prices this should just not happen.

Great pool area & loved our room!
+ One of our favorite stays in our 3 weeks in Georgia. We had a super spacious room, king size bed, view of the old town. Loved the smart TV where we could play Spotify and use Netflix. The pool area on the top floor was really cool - loved the setup around the pool and pool bar. There was a great vibe. We dined at both restaurants in the hotel, great food at both (top floor was Italian and in the lobby was Georgian). We didn't try the breakfast.
− There is only street parking and no one at the front desk could help us arrange parking (all the other hotels did, someone used the app on their phone and we paid cash). It was a struggle as without a Georgian number you cannot organize parking online.

+ Great experience! It's really worth the money. Everything worked well, although I didn't test all the facilities... It's the reason to come back. Breakfasts, hospitality, care, and comfort - I had everything I needed to relax. I highly recommend The Rooms Hotel Batumi.
− On my first day, I had trouble ordering coffee for my breakfast. But the next day, everything was excellent.

+ Rooms Hotel was a great place to stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. My favorite part was definitely the pool and the breakfast. The pool was amazing and the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was honestly the best we had during our trip to Georgia. There was such a huge variety of fresh and delicious food that everyone could find something they liked. Everything was well prepared, and it was the perfect way to start the day.
− There were a few things we didn’t enjoy. The room wasn’t as comfortable as we expected for a five-star hotel. One of the biggest issues was the window blinds. If you leave them open, people in the building directly opposite can easily see into the room, which doesn’t provide much privacy. However, if you close the blinds, almost no natural light comes in, making the room feel very dark during the day. We also think a standard double bed would be a much better option than bunk beds. Sleeping on the top bunk isn’t very comfortable, especially for adults, and it makes the room feel less practical. Considering the price, we expected the rooms to be more comfortable and better designed.

+ Good location, amazing hotel with amazing interior! Room was so big, cool and everything was Top! Breakfast was cool but the breakfast from Rooms Kazbegi was 1000x better. Breakfast in bed was also amazing experience!
