Exceptional
+ The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and pleasant throughout the whole stay. The location was brilliant for sightseeing and with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. The room was brilliant with everything you needed, including a washing machine and safe. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it!

Location, location, location.
+ The photos on their website are very accurate; yes, you get exactly what’s advertised. Very friendly staff. Bright, modern room with a fully stocked kitchen. It was so convenient to have a washer in the kitchen to do light laundry. No dryer… but easy to hang-dry overnight.. The lady who prepared and delivered my breakfast ( to my room ) was very caring and attentive. Merci! Delicious breakfast (paid for in addition to the room rate, approx. $18.00 USD). A five minute walk to Republic Square. Grocery store right next door. I’d stay here again and would highly recommend you to stay here as well. Why stay in a busy hotel when you have a private apartment-style studio in Yerevan.
− The balcony had absolutely no view but the doors allowed air to freshen up the unit. Smoking permitted outside. We found the unit was overpriced.

Convenient location and helpful staff
+ The staff at the apart hotel were incredibly helpful and kind (as it was our very fist time in Armenia and Yerevan it was especially helpful) Location is very convenient. Having a washing machine and kitchenette. Ability to leave our luggage at the reception after the check-out time.
− The room we selected was very small (must have made a mistake not realising it) and very dark - even during the day, not having any drying rack (there is a small balcony hence could have provided a drying rack on the hidden balcony), toilet permanently flushing at times.

A complete and comfortable apartment hotel. Highly recommended! Perfect location!
+ Honestly i loved everything about it. It is an apartment hotel which i prefer for a whole lot of reasons: 1. It's got a mini kitchen so i can just buy groceries and cook my food when sometimes i don't feel like dining out. With sufficient utensils for you to cook. Has microwave, fridge, electric kettle. 2. I also got to use the washing machine. Less of a problem with laundry when i get back home. 3. It has a reception, so in a way i felt secured i.e. no outsiders can just go in and knock on your door kind of way. 4. The staff are the nicest and most helpful in both check in and check out. Waiting for my time to go to airport i hanged out in the reception and they made me a tea. Also the night before i was surprised by a mail/note/card on my door as token of thanks for staying. Sweet gesture. 5. The room itself is clean. Bed is comfortable. You can choose for a cleaning when you feel like it. Quiet too. 6. Location is perfect. Major spots are walking distance. Even gym, because hate skipping my workouts. I did not get the chance to try their breakfast because i usually a late riser and also there were days i need to wake up really early for tours. But then i have my groceries so my breakfast was sorted.
− Nothing that I did not like.

A fantastic hotel in Yerevan’s very center
+ It is a small hotel — one floor of an otherwise residential building — but it is just perfect: big rooms, attentive staff, and an unbeatable location.

+ The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of everything, which makes it very convenient for exploring the area. The room was very clean and comfortable. The rooms with a terrace are especially pleasant during the summer and make the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very kind, helpful, and efficient. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
− The only downside was that the tours offered by the hotel are quite expensive. We found much cheaper options in the city, so it is definitely worth comparing prices before booking.

Stunning View; Very Clean Unit
+ - Close to Vernissage Market and other stores - The view in the balcony was stunning! - Bed was comfortable and the rooms was well-renovated. Smells unscented (which I like)
