Disappointing
+ First of all, we were given an apartment different from the one shown in the Booking photos. The company manages several apartments, and you simply get whichever one happens to be available. The location is central and convenient, but... The conditions in the apartment were terrible: water would back up and overflow in the shower, there were cockroaches, and an unpleasant odor wafted from the toilet. A company employee did come to fix the internet connection, which we appreciated. The power cut out several times before the secretary finally resolved the issue. From day one, we asked for clean linens—since the blankets we received had urine stains—but they never provided them, which was awful. There also weren't enough towels. I met other tourists with similar stories. There is no doubt that on my next visit to Baku, I will book a hotel rather than an apartment.

− Dirty, everything was broken. There was no help from anyone. Bedsheet was extremely dirty. It was so hard to sleep there. And when I asked to change the location, agent was not helpful at all
