− Only beach that could be accessed was part of the water park, which was quite a distance to walk. No evening entertainment, as at other Rixos resorts.

+ A decent hotel overall. The facilities could have been better, but they were good enough for a comfortable stay. The water park was absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight of the trip.

+ Everything was perfect /excluding cooling, which was too cool, but it is meant of clients taste/. My daughter have a food intolerance /special diet without diary, gluten and nuts/ and chefs Furkan and Anas l takes care for her, prepared special menu. Special thanks Furkan and Anas!!!

− Prices, swimming pool area can be better as the depth of water is 1.9 m you can not relax in the water you need to swim

This hotel is by far a premium resort and the level of attention to detail is clearly noticeable! Staff are very friendl
+ Property was very clean, staff were extremely friendly from the moment we arrived, all inclusive food was consistently good throughout stay. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated.
− No designated adults only area but there was a kids pool, all pools were very busy and noisy, unable to relax by the pool due to this. Sunbeds are in need of an upgrade.
