Highly recommend with kids

+ The all inclusive plan is super convenient, especially with kids

− The “A la carte “ restaurant

Excellent

+ It has the added value of having access to Land of Legends which is a short free ride away. It still allows time to take breakfast, have a decent time at LoL and be back for dinner or some time by the pool. I enjoyed the different pool areas and also the number of activities available for kids.

− Overall stay was very positive with very helpful staff and nice hotel. My only comment would be that being an all inclusive resort, staying for a number of nights could result in a lack of choice for food although it does offer a wide variety and there is a wide selection its also quite repetitive. Although there are paying restaurants available, the choice for kids in these restaurants is limited.

Nice hotel, beautiful garden but will look for something else next time

+ Amazing garden, nice pool area. Nice bar overlooking the beach with good drinks. Well equipped gym with high quality equipment. We were upgraded and got a family room in Orient section which was nice, although the room was very very dark as it was located at the ground floor and hardly no sun was getting there. We did not care too much as we did not spend much time in our room .

− Staff overwhelmed by the amount of work, not always happy to help you. You had to ask several times for your beverage during meals, sometimes we almost finished eating when the waiter finally brought us our beverages. Rooms not cleaned throughly, the bed were made and the towels were changed bit it seemed like the floor was not washed as our feet and socks were dirty after walking without shoes.

+ The facilities including the restaurants and additional services were excellent. A great variety of food at the Turquoise restaurant. The rooms were clean and the hotel had a fabulous ambience. Staff were helpful and the location was perfect for access to the Land of Legends. Added bonus: all day access to the patisserie including icecreams and the bar was brilliant. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. A specific mention for Laura Sadik at Guest Relations who was excellent and helped to sort out an issue we had with our hire car.

− Minor point: it took us 4 attempts to get a fully functioning iron.

Value for money.

+ Staff doing their best, mostly everything was ok and more .

− Nothing was bad to write about.

+ Amazing hotel with great food selection and amazing staff , free shuttles to land of legends.

− Rooms are far from reception , even there were shuttles but personally I prefer my room to be in the main building next time I visit the hotel .

Fantastic!

+ Spoilt for choice! It was good. However, I feel the time between the Turquoise breakfast closure and People's restaurant is short. Perhaps start breakfast at 6am at the Tourquoise will be good for those that have an early start and reduced.

− The day before I left at the People's restaurant a waiter (Arda) used his bare hands to lift a sandwich from one plate to mine. I found that disgusting. I did not say anything but I did not eat it either.

− They dont make night shows like other resorts or same level do, this can make me think of other choice next visit. All what they do is DJ nights
