Overall a peaceful, calm stay.
+ The room space and the accuracy of the information provided in the Booking.com were perfectly matching with the actual room. Recommended for Families, Couples and it's nearby to the TBA. Greate value for money. Moreover, a foreigner can use the public transports such as M/S Isani station as it is walking distance.
− If you prefer to have the breakfast in the facility, please go as early as possible.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Everything was well organized, and I truly enjoyed my time here. Excellent and clean hotel. Quiet neighbourhood.
+ Excellent customer service. Big star for Christina at the counter for helping us with recommendation of places to visit as it was our first time in Tbilisi. Room was big and bed was comfy.
− Breakfast area is a little small and no much variety. There should be improvement on a quick attendance on the issues raised by the guest. We have informed guest counter on the issue with toilet door but it was attended until we left.

وقتی بعد از گشت و گذار در شهر زیبای تفلیس، در راه برگشت به استراحت کردن در هتلمان فکر می‌کردیم، با ذوق و هیجان بیشتری به
+ ما از ویلای این هتل استفاده کردیم که امکانات کامل یک خونه را داشت. با درب جدا و یک حیاط مجزا ، بیرون از ساختمان هتل ، وارد ویلا می‌شدیم. تهویه اتاقها بسیار خوب بود، ماشین لباسشویی، اجاق گاز، مایکروفر، یخچال، سینک ظرفشویی، ظروف آشپزخانه، اتو ، سشوار، در ویلایمان مهیا بود و بسیار راضی کننده بودند. وسعت زیاد ویلا و تمیزی آنجا برای خانواده‌ی ما بسیار عالی بود.
− دمپایی پلاستیکی برای سرویس بهداشتی و مایع ظرفشویی از کمبودهای ویلا بشمار می‌رفت. تنوع صبحانه محدود بود .
