هتل‌های آپارتمانی (کاندو هتل‌ها) رست آپارت اولد باکو

Excellent property to stay with friends and family.

+ The property was clean, room sizes were good, the location was excellent.

− they should have 2 toilets atleast.

Pleasant

+ Location and the stuff were great.

− Bed is really hard, and we had ants walking everywhere.

Great central location and fair price, but service and comfort need improvement.

+ Excellent location in the heart of the old town. • Grocery store just 2 minutes away, card payments accepted. • Kitchen facilities available, convenient for self‑catering. • Good value for the price.

− • Breakfast poor quality (instant coffee, basic products) and starts only at 08:00, not suitable for families with early‑rising children. • Folding sofa comfortable for one person only; not suitable for two adults. • Room was not cleaned during 5‑day stay, towels changed only upon request. No spare bed linen available. • Access by car requires paying for old town entry; if not, it is inconvenient with luggage and a child. • Table cover needs repair.

I was pleasant experience.

+ Location of the facility and 5 to 10 minutes walk to the metro station.

− No elevator and kitchen ventilation need to be improved.

Pleasant

+ Rooms are a bit small, but comfortable and everything you need is there. Location is amazing, breakfast on the terrace with that view is a highlight. The staff is helpful.

− A bit loud

If the two issues are solved, we would love to go back to this studio again!

+ Overall, this is a nice studio and we liked it. It is located inside of the Old Baku which is a great experience. We like the setting, relative cleanliness, independence etc. You receive a code for the entrance of the complex and another code for the studio. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and they are also good in communication via text or WhatsApp. They are multilingual which is very helpful.

− What we did not like about this experience: 1) their device does not accept foreign credit card. We arrived right after midnight and we could not pay before getting into our studio. We were lucky that we have some cash to pay for a couple of nights (so be prepared). I hope the manager solves this problem. 2) the breakfast is provided but it is served in a different building and not so appealing one.

Very Good

+ Good place for a family visit.

− AC facilities must be in the bedroom rather than in the kitchen.

Comfortable, tiny apartment in the Old City

+ The apartment was clean, cool, and comfortable, well equipped with a functional kitchen and even a tiny washing machine. Keyless access was convenient. Said at the front desk was very pleasant, responsive, and helpful. Breakfast was adequate and served promptly on the terrace.

− The apartment felt cramped for 4 people. It was a bit of a walk from the main building, down a narrow street with some steps. The fridge in the room could use some attention, since the freezer was completely iced up, preventing the door from closing.

Very Good

+ Location

− Staff

Fair stay

+ Hospitality and interior

− Location and outside envirnoment but overall was good
