Being at the Square in the evenings will guarantee spending nice time there enjoying the singing fountains. The closest metro station is right next to the Republic Square, at the beginning of a newly opened park, at the rear of which you can find Vernissage, the open-air souvenir exhibition market. The smoke-free rooms of our hotel with comfortable beds will make your experience even more enjoyable. In the mornings the delicious buffet breakfast, served in great varieties, will give you the necessary energy to go explore Armenia and Yerevan!

Great location for tourists to Yerevan
+ We enjoyed staying in this hotel. The reception staff were welcoming and spoke excellent English. We had a nice spacious room with comfortable beds, and a lovely bathroom. WiFi worked well. The hotel is well located on a buzzing street near Republic Square and in walking distance of many of the sights.
− It's difficult for taxi drivers to stop directly outside the hotel, which made for some tricky pick-ups and drop-offs.

An excellent option for a central city stay
+ Check in staff were helpful and friendly. Upgraded room for a repeat visit was appreciated. Location close to the main square but not on it was excellent for the big fireworks on display. Nice bathroom and ninth floor view was better than lower down.
− Aircon is very noisy and more of a fan than true aircon. In the end we resorted to turning it off.

An excellent, modern boutique option in central Yerevan
+ We liked the location being close to the main square but far enough away to be quiet. There was a big street party closer to other hotels that we nicely missed. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent and servers were very attentive. Facilities were modern and clean.
− We had a balcony but the view was very mixed so it wasn't really one to sit out on. Lack of "real coffee" at breakfast.

nice and pleasant stay
+ the breakfast is amazing . there is verity and the change few things and you can order your own eggs. the staff is nice and accommodating. even though we had few hiccups with the room they didn't respond and tried to help. the AC wasn't working on the day we arrived . they didn't listen and send people to fix it. we put in my moms icepack with them in to be frozen ( for her diabetes medication) they mistakenly put it in the fridge instead. btu then they got us ice instead to help . the room is clean and the cleaning ladies are nice. the location is great. in the middle of the city close to many places.
− there is no space infront of the hotel for a car to stop its a public road and sometimes the parking is full. its not thier fault but it does sometime get annoying as the drivers use it as an excuse to ask you to wait for them on the road. i had elderly parents and it was hot so it was difficult. the AC took a whole day to fix. the staff at the front desk was great at listening and escalating and it did get fixed. also even when it worked the AC strength wasnt much, but i beleive this is the case in general in armenia as it looks like all the hotels i stayed in had similar strength in AC. the single room is quit small. while it was enough for me as i was on my own and managed to get organized but having a bigger room would have been nice . also the location on google map is not correct it takes you to the opposite side of the road.

+ Hotel's location (right in the center), great breakfast, friendly personal were very good
− We have an AC in the room and it was working very loud... so for the night time we had to turn it off. Hopefully this issue will be resolved by the hotel.
