Very disappointing and unpleasant stay at Reem International. The property was extremely unhygienic

− Very disappointing and unpleasant stay at Reem International. The property was extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the place, and the toilets and corridors were dirty, with waste and other items left around. The caretaker, an Egyptian gentleman, was also very rude and unhelpful when we requested cleaning. He appeared completely uninterested in assisting guests and did not provide a welcoming or professional attitude. Another major issue is the incorrect location listed on Booking.com. The actual property was approximately 8 km away from the location shown on the booking platform, which caused significant inconvenience. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, staff attitude, and inaccurate location information made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this property unless these issues are properly addressed.

Great stay at Reem International

+ The room was clean and quiet, and the neighbors were quiet and respectful as well.

− My only major concern was parking. There is no parking close by and I had to wait fir a long time before the host accompanied me to a parking lot a few blocks away.

Birthday
