هتل RaRa Residence

We do not recommend this hotel at all.

+ Nothing at all!!

− Our booking for 2 rooms were cancelled at last moment. We were given a room with three occupancy but the the size and orientation of the room both were pathetic. Overall we had a very bad experience. Also, the staff was very unprofessional.

It is great pleaseant stay

+ Location is great for any work near BKC and US consulate , Staff behaviour is good and helpful , Room service is great.

− Room size is very small specialy for 3 Adult room . May be due to space constraint in Mumbai :)

It was overall good experience. One of our Room was not prepared and ready although keys were handed

+ Location is very good. This property does not have a Restaurant. No food available at this property

− The size of the Shower Area is too narrow and it is of skewed shape causing obstruction while having bath

Very Good

− Availability of food

Excellent

+ The property locations are very close with local transport as well as restaurants .

− Rates are quite higher side

All over best 👌

+ Location very good and very near from jio world Convention center And diamond market. Its very good and reasonable price !

It is worth for money, but the entrance is like a prison's entrance and the room is so small

+ Location

− Very small rooms and no entrance

Good/ safe location, best for families ,

+ great overall experience. Being a family-owned business, the owners are personally involved in maintaining the property and taking excellent care of their guests.

− though the restaurants are near to hotel location. But they should have small restaurant in hotel for at least breakfast.

Overall good place.

+ The room was very tiny but overall clean. Good location walkable to main road and eateries. Room looked like newly renovated. Fresh sheets were provided. The bed was comfortable. Staff were courteous and friendly.

− For the price paid, No toiletries, coffee provided. No floormats inside the bathroom. For 3 people they gave 3 half litre water bottles per day, that too after requesting. No fridge in the room.

Good location. Best thing is the behavior of the people handling/ managing the facility.

+ Breakfast facilities were not there.

− The place is still a work in progress. May be they will do better soon.
