+ Overall it was worth it and the facilities and the staff were good. Excellent location to stay since this can be a center point for traveling to different locations in muscat
− Toilets and the accessories inside can be more clean and the swimming pool and area towards the swimming pool was stinking of piss can be more clean

An interesting stay in Qurum
+ The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We didn't eat there so cannot comment on that. We did go to the bar a few times and enjoyed the live music... We stayed over the NYE period and it was a good value for money. The location is great as it is a short walk down to the beach. Parking was free and close to the hotel.
− The windows don't open in the bedroom and the aircon is not too great. The air in the room and corridors felt stale and stagnant. Needs a good breeze through the place to refresh the air.

+ The location. Breakfast was nice. Staff were polite and helpful. Beds comfortable. We were moved to a different room after one night when we were disturbed by the night club below our room.
− There was a bit to of a musty smell in the room.

+ Great location, near the beach and upscale neighborhood in Muscat. Friendly staff and helpful the front desk manager was super nice and went out of his way to make us feel at home. Great value . Highly recommend.
− The room is showing it's age and no smart TV.

+ -Walking distance from Qurum Beach. -Friendly and warm staff at the reception. -Located in a quiet area away from a major road -They updated their rooms. -Tip: request for a room on the higher floors (to avoid noise at night from pub on the ground floor)

− After 12 at night too much noise and sound cause of Desco down the hotel. Sleeping was difficult with all this noise , and I have work every day early morning.
