+ Ramada Plaza Trabzon has a beautiful view, great food, exceptional Spa and terrace view. However, the rooms are a little old even after we upgraded to a suite. Also, the airport is very close so be prepared to hear the airplanes take off.on our last day, the manager, Amin, said we have to pay the same amount we paid at the check in, we tried to explain to him and showed him the bank transaction, and still refused to let us go until he checked all the security cameras at our arrival time. The extra amount asked was 4,000 saudi riyals at checkout. Then after waisting our time left In trabzon to sight see and shopping was ruined, he apologised to us and said sorry it was our mistake we thought you didn’t pay but now everything is fine. So, if you are planning to stay here make sure to keep your receipts or pay in advance from booking.The rest of hotel staff and restaurant waiters were amazing. فندق رامادا بلازا طرابزون یتمیز باطلاله جمیله، وطعام رایع، وسبا استثنایی، بالاضافه الى اطلاله رایعه من التراس. ومع ذلک، فان الغرف قدیمه بعض الشیء حتى بعد ان قمنا بترقیه حجزنا الى جناح. کما ان المطار قریب جدًا، لذلک کن مستعدًا لسماع اصوات اقلاع الطایرات. فی یومنا الاخیر، قال لنا المدیر امین انه یجب علینا دفع نفس المبلغ الذی دفعناه عند تسجیل الدخول. حاولنا ان نشرح له الامر وارَیْناه عملیه التحویل البنکی، لکنه ظل یرفض السماح لنا بالمغادره حتى قام بمراجعه جمیع کامیرات المراقبه فی وقت وصولنا. کان المبلغ الاضافی المطلوب عند تسجیل المغادره **4,000 ریال سعودی**. وبعد ان اضاع الوقت المتبقی لنا فی طرابزون، والذی کنا نرغب فی استغلاله للتنزه والتسوق، اعتذر لنا وقال: "نعتذر، لقد کان الخطا من طرفنا، ظننا انکم لم تدفعوا، لکن الآن کل شیء على ما یرام." لذلک، اذا کنت تخطط للاقامه هنا، فتاکد من الاحتفاظ بایصالات الدفع، او قم بالدفع مقدمًا عبر موقع بوکینق. اما بقیه موظفی الفندق ونُدُل المطعم فکانوا رایعین.
