+ Room
− Staff behavior was not supportive at all. I requested for some extra water and they straight away refused to provide it as complimentary at the middle of the night. It is not we expected from a four ⭐⭐⭐⭐ property. It was quite disappointing 😕

Comfortable. Amazing for the price.
+ The Location and the big suite they upgraded our room to! It was very comfortable. The panaromatic view of the city was also a deal breaker for me!
− The reception at night didn’t really feel safe as there was a bar and lots of people coming in and out. Another thing is that during the check in, I forgot my mug in the reception and when i woke up the next day and asked for it, they said they will try to find it. For two days there was nothing and they couldn’t find it!

+ Actually the hotel is a bit old but the staff they are very kind and helpful with everything
− Even when the staff cleaned the washroom, still it has a bad smell

Overall the stay was peaceful, the room was very spacious - the staff could improve on courtesy
+ The location was perfect; very safe to walk, use public transportation and see a number of tourist attractions withing walking distances - with the Souq Waqif nearby, multiple options of restaurants.
− The service room sign was ignored some days, the phone provided to call for services was pointless - the inbox was full, couldn't ring them or leave messages.
