Jungceylon Shopping Mall is just over half a mile from Ramaburin Resort. Karon Beach is a 15-minute drive away, and Phuket Town is within a 20-minute drive of the resort. The modern rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a private balcony with a sitting area. The private bathrooms have a bathtub and shower facilities. Guests can explore nearby attractions with help from the tour desk. For convenience, safes are also available. For meals, local cuisine is served at the restaurants within a 5-minute drive of the property.

Great resort!
+ Accommodating staff, good room, and very nice access to the pool. Good location if you want to be near Patong, with restaurants nearby and a 7-11 opposite.
− Pool maintenance could be improved. Room service was shutting very early, breakfast had limited options, and the pool was not always open. The pool bar staff were also not always available. I’m not sure if this was due to maintenance or because there were fewer guests, but it felt unfair to guests staying there and paying for these services.

Would recommend the staff are helpful and friendly, they have umbrellas, luggage scales and laundry!
+ Amazing location, 7/11 right across the entrance and loads of local eats. Near by with the beach a few minutes away.

Three Stars but worth it for a week
+ The Staff were friendly, helpful and respectful. They were always ready to lend us a hand or help us out. We were offered a late check out as our flight which was at 9pm was great. The room we had which was a swim up room, was well appointed with a great bed, fridge, bath and shower. As a family of 3 it was more than spacious enough. The hotel is located in a good place, close to the beach multiple eating options and a bars. Breakfast had its quirks but was none the less filling with multiple options. The pool offered great swimming ans endless enjuoyment for out four years old especially with a swim up room (worth the extra).
− Nothing was to dislike, remembering that it is only a 3 star resort. I would say that in the breakfast the resort should stick with some local favourites, like fried rice or pad thai each day. It was really missing these at the breakfasts and with options like dory and cream sauce or the barbeque sauce duck, these could be more cost effective and easier breakfast food. I think the owners need to put some money into a repaint and just a spruce up of the grounds, it would then make it look like more stars. The pool bar could have a little more atmosphere and then I think more people would order from there.
