+ On arrival at the hotel, we were upgraded to an apartment from a deluxe AC room. The apartment was of great size with coffee maker, refrigerator and 2 tv sets in two rooms. Later we shifted back to the deluxe room, which also was decent in size. There are 2 restaurants on site. Really good food and quick service. The hotel arranged for a complimentary airport drop.
− We had requested for a non-smoking room. The apartment allotted to us smelled heavily of smoke and alcohol. The ventilation being only through the air conditioning system, there was no way to air out the room and remove the smell. The room fresheners don't really work in such situations.

Overall, I would say good value for money.
+ The location was very good with excellent access to public transport & autorickshaws. The free drop-off facility to the airport was also very thoughtful on the hotel’s part.
− Rooms were a tad on the small side. Also, given its proximity to Vile Parle Station, sometimes the train noises would carry into the room.

excellent hotel with great location
+ well located for the shopping and close to the markets. Food was par excellence. Staff very friendly and courteous. The airport pick up and drop off was a hugs bonus!
− the room size was just adequate but guess you get what you pay for. The air con display light in 120 was too bright and it keep my son in law awake. Could do with putting a tape over it! perhaps. The shower area had a different coloured liquids in it and we couldn't figure which was soap and which was the shampoo. Labelling would have helped. Also the water in the shower of room 119 was cold. My wife and I never got hot water. I should have complained to the reception but we simply didn't get around to doing so. It was humid outside luckily so the Luke warm water was ok but any other day and we would have been really unhappy.
