Above and Beyond in Every Way
+
This stay ranks among my best hotel experiences to date. The staff were exceptional, consistently going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect - including my wife’s birthday and anniversary surprise, which was executed beautifully. My sincere appreciation to Edmund and Angelah for their warmth, attentiveness, and seamless coordination in making the celebration truly memorable.
−
Just the surprise of not having the key facilities within the hotel itself but later understanding the dynamics and logistics of the hotel it was worthwhile

Nice Relaxing Chill Stay
+
The staff were amazing, the gym is big clean and very well maintained with nice smart machines, the spa area is very nice and toilets are big and clean, they have also 2 pools which is great one for families and one for adults.
−
we took the all-inclusive option, so because it is 1 night, we couldn't order any food at the pool, only 3 unhealthy fried options. The restaurant, also on the 1st floor, was average for lunch and breakfast; for dinner, they had better options
