+ The staff was very attentive and did everything they could to improve our stay.
− Unfortunately, the hotel is much more run-down than the photos suggest. It's outdated, with poor maintenance and cleanliness. It doesn't correspond to a 5-star hotel, even by Indian standards, I've stayed in others, so I have a comparison.

Amazing staff
+ The hotel staff were amazing! Roshan, Disha, Tarun, Pooja and all others. Great staff! We laughed a lor together. Also the pool and spa were great.

+ Disha from the staff really took very good care of her and she took personal responsibility to help my injured father with utmost courtesy and professionalism.

+ The second room provided was with the better view as well as hygienic.. Staff was quite polite
− The first room offered was not up to mark, and was full of foul smell. The response over phone was not prompt at all. There were times when no one answered the phone after full ring. The response for services demanded was also slow, but they used to complete the task as requested.
