What really made my stay memorable was how the staff went above and beyond to surprise me with a complimentary birthday cake. And it wasn’t just a slice, it was an entire cake! I honestly wasn’t expecting that, and it made my birthday even more special. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The hospitality was first-class, and every penny was worth it. It’s those thoughtful little gestures that make a huge difference. If you’re planning a trip to Bangkok, I highly recommend staying here. I would definitely come back. Thank you, Queensland Hotel Bangkok, for making my birthday stay so memorable!

Great hotel.

+ This was our first ever stay in Thailand and we experienced the top-tier service with Thai hospitality. Very attentive staff. Clean facilities. Our room was on the 15th floor, spacious with a great view over the city. Breakfast included both thai and western cuisine and offered lots of choices. The restaurant is on the 20th floor, as well as the lobby and offers also a great view. The swimming pool is on the 22nd floor with the sitting area upstairs with a view over the city. We didn't use it as we don't swim. The fitness room looked spacious with lots of equipment. The hotel was around 500-600 meters away from the BTS-line. Really comfortable for transport. Several 7/11 in the area, including the one at the entrance of the hotel.

− I suppose this is the standard in Thailand, but the windows were sealed and couldn't be opened at all, so it was a bit uncomfortable to breathe the AC-powered air the whole time. just a personal preference, not a fault of a hotel.

+ I had a really pleasant stay at Queensland Hotel Bangkok and was impressed by both the hotel itself and the quality of the service. The staff were one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone I met was very nice, helpful, respectful, polite, and professional. They always made me feel welcome and were happy to assist whenever needed. The pool on the 23rd floor has a breathtaking view and is definitely one of the best features of the hotel. On the same floor, the gym is not very big, but it is very well equipped, clean, and has everything you need for a good workout. The breakfast, served from 6:00 to 10:00 on the L floor (20th floor), offers a lot of choices and was quite enjoyable. Also on the L floor, there is a smoking area with an amazing view, especially at night. If you smoke, I definitely recommend having a cigarette there and enjoying the view. On the 2nd floor, there is a fine-dining restaurant called Five Crossing. I visited it around 3–4 times during my stay. The waitress was very nice to talk to, and we had some really pleasant conversations. It was a nice place to spend some time. The G floor (1st floor) also has a 7-Eleven, which is always very convenient to have nearby, as well as a massage spa. I stayed in a room on the 17th floor, and I found it quite nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was also nice. One thing I particularly appreciated is the architecture and overall design of the hotel. It feels very elegant and exquisite, with a beautiful modern touch of light purple that, in my opinion, represents Thailand wonderfully. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying at Queensland Hotel Bangkok again. There are many thoughtful details throughout the hotel, and the combination of the friendly staff, facilities, views, design, and convenient location made for a very enjoyable experience.

− The only negative thing I noticed was a strange smell that I occasionally noticed when arriving on my floor, but it was noticeably stronger inside my room. I’m not sure what caused it, perhaps something related to the plumbing or drains. However, I eventually got used to it, and by my second week at the hotel, the smell had completely disappeared, so in the end it was not a significant problem for me. And one small thing I found inconvenient was that the closet in my room was a little too small for me, especially for a longer stay when you have more clothes and luggage.
