Just delightful, such wonderful staff and modern facilities
+ I Travel and great deal for work and this trip was about having some holiday with my family. What incredible surprise for the minute we arrived your staff are so wonderfully addicting and friendly and kind. The property was immaculate throughout and breakfast on the Roof terrace was delicious. The real bonus is the hotel is literally opposite where you can walk back-and-forth in about two minutes rent the beach chairs from the really lovely guys’s opposite for a few dollars for the day and they will bring you drinks and beers and food. The hotel pool is quite dark but it’s a real oasis away from the noise and bustle of Patton Beach. A great place rinse off after coming back from the beach. Furthermore, most hotels in Asia can be very tired. This property looked beautiful. Compared to a lot of the hotels further away from the beach and not in town it was just so quiet. I definitely been staying away from walking Street and further in where it is just haunting chaotic Seabreeze keep it nice and cool.
− There was nothing, not to like we’re going to come back with family next year definitely. I can’t remember high enough.. and as I said, I travel for a living and spend on my hotels. This felt more like home.

A lush, green oasis in a concrete jungle
+ Everything! Completely exceeded my expectations. Its a beautiful setting in quite an ugly town; I wasn't overly fond of Patong but this little oasis was a lush, green, relaxing space in loud, busy town! My room was spacious, had everything I needed and a cute terrace that lead on to the beautiful pool/bar area. Staff were all lovely and professional. Everything felt safe and secure. Breakfast was big and delicious. Well equipped gym with pretty view and excellent sauna and steam rooms - all very clean and tidy. I couldn't recommend this place enough :)
− Nothing, it was all great!

Would definitely rebook this hotel and stay in a pool access room
+ The amazing and welcoming staff.. the pool was amazing, especially with the pool access room. Room was spacious and always kept clean.
− The only thing that I found extremely annoying and frustrating was with our pool access room, the other guests kept using our private sitting area and jumping and splashing, wetting everything. I think they need to advise other guests when they are checking in, that these are private pool access room space, or if they are, be proactive in ensuring they are not going in there. Some guests were very ignorant and were refusing to move when we asked.
