All in all good stay and will return

The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating but the best person was Rashan the lady in the pool bar she was a different level, nothing was too much trouble and she was an absolute asset to the hotel and she gets 5 stars...

the fire was a bit scary but not there fault, allowing glass drinks glasses around the pool was not good and a lady even smoking in the pool really shocked me.
hotel could do with a little tlc...

The king room was wonderful, Seaview with big balcony and Jacuzzi. Spacious room. Good location and nice staff.

The pool is small and bit crowded, but still i choose the place mainly for the room with seaview and private Jacuzzi on the Balcony.

Sometimes the cleaning of the rooms isn’t always respected
The sea view is reaaally partial you have to be in a certain position to see the sea from your room, pool view rooms have better sea view

Nice hotel, good location, amazing views. Some room for improvement

Good vibes, facilities and location. The king suite was great and jacuzzi was large. Views were amazing with lots going on in the area.

Lift was a bit dodgy, the doors opened in between floors. The phone in our room didnt work and was not fixed during our stay. Someone came on the final day and took the phone away. We had to make our way down to reception when we needed something which was not easy with a small baby.

Perfect location and good facility at the price.

The Location was amazing with direct access to the rivera, and the location was accessible to all the tourist attractions. It had multiple food options as well around.

The room service was a little off, phones were not working, AC was too small for the room. Breakfast had very limited options

A comfortable hotel with very good daily housekeeping and responsive management

The hotel has many positive features. My room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and regular bed linen changes. I also appreciated the thoughtful in-room amenities: a kettle, complimentary bottled water and coffee, shampoo, shower gel and cotton buds were provided. Breakfast is included and offers a good variety of choices, and the swimming pool is a lovely addition.
Most importantly, I appreciated the professional approach of the management. Whenever I raised a concern, they listened, responded respectfully and made a genuine effort to find a solution. Their customer service and willingness to look after their guest left me with a positive final impression.

There were a few unexpected issues during my stay and communication between departments could occasionally have been better. However, whenever I brought something to the hotel's attention, management took my feedback seriously and worked to resolve the situation. I appreciated their professional and solution-focused approach.
