Absolutely love the hotel and all the staff

+ Very stylish and in a great location

Perfect vacation

+ This was our first experience of such an "All Inclusive" holiday and it went great. The hotel is lovely, the staff is very helpful. Thank you so much for being able to check-in as quickly as possible, despite our very early arrival. The food at the hotel restaurant, as well as at the beach bar, was delicious and very varied. The beach is very close to the hotel, 500 meters, there is a shuttle service from the hotel every hour. The rooms were cleaned on demand, everything was top-notch, and the mini-bar was updated every day.

+ We stayed 7 nights,we like it ,it was close to the beach ,we didn't use the bus provided from the hotel is it 10 min walk,to a sandy beach .The food was good,throughout the day you had plenty to choose. The staff was nice and helpful, we choose hammam and massaging services and the ladies were so lovely and they knew there job it was amazing and also the man from the reception from the massage salon was great . Thank you If you want a holiday just to stay and eat ,bath and enjoy sun this is your place. Q ella is a resort which provides everything you need,you can just stay in without getting out ,they have even a shop and also provide barber and haircut services.

− Unfortunately only few persons speak english but we manage to understand each other,they were really nice and truly tried :) We got our room changed to one without any balcony but we didn't ask for another room,because we didn't want to change again,maybe it could've been solved. We are not picky .

An excellent stay that exceeded my expectations in every way

+ The hotel exceeded my expectations. This is a very solid four-star hotel that can easily compete with many five-star properties. I really liked the large, clean, freshly renovated room, as well as the high-quality daily housekeeping. The minibar was replenished every day with water, Coke and Fanta, along with coffee and tea. The bathroom was also well equipped, with shaving supplies, toothpaste, toothbrushes and other amenities. The food was simply outstanding. There was fish almost every day, both steamed and grilled, delicious meat (especially the grilled meat), a wide variety of salads, fresh fruit, Turkish sweets and cakes. A particular highlight for me was being able to eat baklava every day – and in large quantities. Dinner was especially overwhelming in the best possible way: there were so many delicious options that my eyes simply couldn't decide what to try first. I wanted to try absolutely everything, and honestly, I wouldn't even have minded dying from overeating. The coffee and juices from the self-service machines were rather mediocre. However, coffee lovers can get a proper cup in the lobby, where they serve freshly brewed coffee made from beans – and it is very good. The sea is about 700 meters from the hotel. The beach is wide and there are plenty of sun loungers, so we never had any trouble finding one. There is also a beach bar, as well as a refrigerator with cold water, tea and instant coffee. The sea is clean, with designated swimming areas marked by buoys. The beach is cleaned every day, and there are showers, toilets and changing facilities available. The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. A special thank you to them, as well as to the hotel management, for their professionalism.

+ Прекрасный отель для семейного отдыха. Замечательный сервис, позитивный персонал, всегда готовый помочь, уютные номера, вкусная и свежая еда. Разнообразие блюд, обилие выпечки, отличные фрукты. Пляж и море – выше всяких похвал. Бесплатные свободные лежаки, хотя и высокий сезон, были всегда, за чистотой песка постоянно следят, вход в море пологий, дно песчаное. Испечённые на пляже прямо при вас лепёшки гёзлеме – объедение. Свежие пляжные полотенца ежедневно.Трансфер к морю и назад ходит очень часто. Массажист Инда – замечательный профессионал, ручки золотые, шеф СПА Умит позитивный и всегда готов помочь. Сейф в номере бесплатный, запас Колы, Фанты и воды в холодильнике пополняется ежедневно. Ещё мы довольны трансфером в отель и из него: поездки были комфортными и приятными, всё очень чётко. Наша семья прекрасно отдохнула, теперь будем ездить только сюда. Были перед этим на Майорке, всё прекрасно, но здесь прямо потрясающе. Огромное спасибо всем!

− Что можно сделать лучше: неудобные подушки, кондиционер прямо над кроватью, в результате чего мы все трое простыли, в ресторане отеля мухи (а в ресторане на пляже их нет!). Пол в нашем номере, судя по ощущениям, за 8 дней не мыли ни разу, хотя на первый взгляд было чисто и из покрывал сворачивали красивые фигуры. И самый неприятный момент: в один из дней, когда мама находилась в номере, в дверь постучали и сразу же открыли своим ключом. Влетела сотрудница, взглядом полицейского осмотрела номер, сказала "сорри" и вышла. Проверку какой безопасности и по какому праву она осуществляла? Люди, находясь в своём оплаченном номере, могли переодеваться, заниматься сексом и т.д.

+ Hotel was nice small family friendly - not for couples and mainly German/Polish oriented not many Brits

− Rooms were small although comfortable - not all hotel rooms include balconies which can be frustrating but not something to fault hotel for - staff felt unwelcoming towards us

+ I spent my holiday there with my family from August 10th to August 20th, and everything was very well organized. I would love to come back again.

− Overall, I really enjoyed everything about my stay. The only minor issue was that the grilled chicken and turkey sometimes seemed a little undercooked.

Good value

+ Comfortable room, the pool is nice. Very good variety of food and drink in the inclusive package. The beach is a short shuttle bus or a 10 minute walk away, and has food and drink and all the facilities you would expect.

− On our first night the room we had booked was not available, so we were given a smaller room that was not suitable for a family of 3. We were moved to the room we had booked the next day. There is only 1 lift serving each part of the hotel, so you often have to wait a while if you don’t want to take the stairs!

Our cleaning lady did a fantastic job every single day. Amazing Food: The buffet was incredibly creative with a huge variety of options. We were especially impressed by the fantastic selection of red meat and fresh seafood.Perfect Location & Shuttle: The hotel is located very close to the beach. The beach shuttle service is incredibly convenient and efficient. Exceptional Staff & Service: The overall hospitality is outstanding. Everyone, from the hardworking waiters to the friendly beach shuttle driver, is incredibly polite and attentive. Special Thanks: The reception staff is professional and welcoming. A special thanks to the lady working at the front desk for her kindness, and a huge shoutout to Muhammet Ali from Adana! He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Overall, we are completely satisfied with our vacation and highly recommend Qella Hotel to anyone visiting Side. We will definitely come back!
