Fantastic.
+ Clean, new, large space. Good location.I like it all! It is the best and cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in Almaty, and it can fulfill 4 star hotel standard! The photos on Booking.com are authentic and you will only find it’s better than what it had on the photos!

Best accommodation in kazahkstan
+ Beautiful apartment. Extremely good facilities, literally at the metro station! Quiet! Best shower and AC we've had in central Asia. I'm in Almaty a bit over the next few months and will definitely stay here.

+ I loved the location as it is next to the Almaty metro station. There are groceries open 24/7 nearby, plus shops with clothes, supermarket. Apartment was clean, bed very comfortable.
− I’d suggest adding instructions where to find an appartment as instructions weren’t very clear and it took us 5minutes to find it.

+ Very clean rooms, good air conditioning, a safe location, and helpful staff through WhatsApp communications.
− Unavailability of safe box. The residence was difficult to find, and I suggested to the host creation of a short directions video and share it with guests via WhatsApp. The property is located within a gated compound that restricts car entrance. Although the facilities were good, I cannot recommend this property because the hot water issue affected all our rooms and was not resolved despite being reported from the first day.

+ Absolutely great location, located near to metro and bus stop. It is also nearby Almaty Train station 2. The apartment is consider modern and new in Almaty. Perfect stay, plus the room is located at ground floor. Comfortable bathroom with floor heater and washing machine.
− Not that I didn’t like, but owner can show more detail where the location of the apartment during check in. We quite lost initially but we managed to find the Q Apartment sign.

This is a great value for money. I will definitely recommend to friends who will travel to Kazakhstan.
+ There were supermarkets, fruit stand, coffee shop just in front of the building and a pharmacy near it. Very close to the tourist spots. Easy to be located by the Yandex drivers.
− Not that I didn’t like but just room for improvements- more pillows in the bed - at least 4 more pieces, a full-size mirror in the entrance so you can see how you look like before leaving, and a mirror on the table so you cab do your make-up there instead in the bathroom.

+ I really liked this place, it’s spacious, neat, clean, safe, and warm. The location is great. The staff is super nice and helpful.
− The building is a little hard to identify because there are many similar structures nearby. Regarding the pass code, it could be communicated more clearly to the guests, as I received several different codes, and none of them worked.
