+ The room was neat. The staff was friendly, polite and quite competent. The facilities met my expectations and did not give me any room/scope for complaints.
− The Sitar music in the lobby while pleasant is also quite loud. It made it difficult on more than one occasion to listen to what the concierge was saying and it also visibly upset other guests in the lobby too. Would recommend a lighter form of live musical-entertainment.

Decent hotel but probably be better to book the Novotel as cheaper.
+ Nice hotel in a good location. Very good selection for breakfast.
− The rooms have dark furnishing and the lighting is inadequate in places. The swimming pool is small and is shared with the Novotel.
