Good money for value

+ the location was perfect because there are plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Beach was also a walking distance like 15-20min and old town not far as well which make the location good.

− Breakfast could.ve be more options because the food sometimes is cold and tea you have to ask for the staff to bring hot water or hot tea every morning.

Great stay bar the smell in our room

+ Lovely hotel with amazing pool area. Breakfast was great. All staff were super friendly, especially the gentleman working in the on site shop, who was just kindest. Room was comfortable with all the required facilities and a powerful shower.

− The only thing we could mark down on was the putrid stench coming through a vent in our room. This coupled with a what smelt like a pallet load of spiced sausage which must have been stored in the fridge before our arrival got the room smelling all types of funky.

− Sunbeds were reserved by others by putting their towels on them . Should have a 15min policy .. if left for 15min then towels removed .

− Be careful that in family room there is no washing machine and microwave, it is an error in the room description on the Booking website

Nice hotel with appartmets

+ Friendly and helpful personeel. Clean and new interior. Kitchen well equipped. Air-conditioning worked very well and room kept cool temperature. After check out you still can take shower in the spa zone, pretty comfortable.

− I was missing small things in the kitchen like oil, salt/paper, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, potholders, costers. Some basic things which you need for cooking but would not buy (e.g., a bottle of oil) 5 days stay.

Pleasant Stay with a Great Pool and Friendly Staff

+ Nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was decent, and the cleaning ladies were always very polite, friendly, and hardworking. The reception staff were also very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed the live music on some evenings, and the pool was definitely the highlight of the hotel for us. The music at the pool terrace created a pleasant atmosphere, even if it wasn’t always exactly to my personal taste. There is also a small shop on the premises, which was very convenient and useful.

− The room entrance door was a little difficult to open and quite loud. It was also a bit inconvenient that the power outlets did not work when we were out of the room, as this meant we couldn’t leave our tablets or laptops charging while we were away. The restaurant staff were very nice and friendly, although they did have a charming habit of forgetting something from time to time. :) One thing that could be improved is the hotel’s arrangement with the beach bar. The beach bar is quite expensive, and unfortunately we did not find the staff there particularly welcoming. I had a small bottle of water with me, as I always carry water when travelling in Turkey, and the person in charge made me feel very uncomfortable about having it, almost as though I had done something wrong. I completely understand that the beach bar has its own rules, but I think the situation could have been handled in a much friendlier and more respectful way.

Great hotel

+ I loved everything about the hotel. New, spacious rooms, great staff and lovely pool. The food and entertainment were also great. I felt safe, looked after and not ignored. The location was perfect for me as I enjoy short walks to the beach and amenities

− A toaster in the breakfast room or in my room would have been nice.
