Nice huge apartment with everything you need except the cooling.
+ It was big and beautiful Internet was excellent Everything you need was available
− I took a 3 bedroom huge apartment but unfortunately the air conditioning was only in the living room and master room without even enough cooling to cool these places and my kids couldn’t sleep because of the heat. The apartment needs some maintenance. Also it would be better to install blackout curtains.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but
+ The staff were helpful though they can’t speak English , but they tried by using google translate, clean
− Location was a bit difficult to reach with public transport and even with taxi, most taxi drivers are not familiar with area and they often drop us att Polman hotel and refuse to continue to the hotel door, One room doesn’t have air conditioning

Nice apartment, bad location
+ The apartment is nice with basic crockery etc. Comfortable and nice views from balcony. Good to have a washing machine
− It's not in a good location, it's a 10-20 walk to bus or subway stop. There is nothing nearby, it takes at least an hour with 2 changes to get anywhere. The staff don't speak English and are not helpful. We asked about airport transfer and got told to call a taxi. The pool in the photos is actually in a different hotel next door which they grudgingly let us use.
