A wonderful, comfortable, and family-friendly stay.
+ The room was excellent and very clean. Room service was good, and the staff were especially caring toward our child they even provided warm milk for our baby at no extra cost. The view was beautiful, the location was perfect and walkable to the tram station, and everything was very convenient. The staff were friendly and supportive, and they even upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise.

Only good thing about the stay was the room view and spaciousnous
+ The room view was exceptional and spacious. That made our stay worth it.
− The breakfast was the same everyday and the chef was always unavailable when we requested food. We requested a creamy pasta for our baby and got half boiled pasta with some sprinkled cheese cubes. Fruits in breakfast buffet was very old and some were rotten.

Excellent
+ I most definitely liked the size of the rooms and the sea view and the terrace on the 6th floor had an amazing view 🙏🏻,the location is perfect not far from the old town.
− The only the that I think could be improved and that I didn’t like is that there was almost no desserts for the breakfast.

Overall, a decent stay, but the hotel needs some updates to reach its full potential
+ The breakfast was excellent - plenty of options and everything was delicious. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing
− The bathroom was not very comfortable: the shower cabin and sink were inconvenient, and the sanitary equipment looked quite worn
