OK, except for the very last experience
− The lady walking around in reception asking people to ensure they gave a rating was very off putting and the only negative experience. When I said I would rate them in my own time, she asked me to do in front of her, which was very impolite and shows a lack of trust

+ Location was excellent, staff was super helpful and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean. There is a good coffee shop in the lobby. Lots of good eateries nearby

Aerocity located
+ Nice hotel located actually in Aerocity as many others claim to be and they are not.
− Staff in reception is terrible. Their customer service is really low. Had contact with two shifts of them and both are the same, rude and unprofessional . Otherwise hotel is good

A very comfortable stay apart from the issues enumerated above
+ Very good breakfast. Good health club and steam. Right next to the World mark shopping complex which was just five minutes walk from the hotel. Good response to some maintenance problems. Staff was very responsive and curtious.
− We were senior citizens and should have been allotted rooms near the elevators. As a result the original rooms allotted had ro be changed. This took almost three hours and reminders. There was some issues during checkout for our friend couple, also seniors due to some computer issues.
