+ We really appreciated the attitude of the staff — they did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and had a pleasant stay. We especially want to mention how they helped us resolve all the difficulties we faced with check-in and the overbooking situation. The staff genuinely did their best to find a solution and make our stay as comfortable as possible. A big thank you to the whole team for their care and assistance! Another great advantage is the hotel’s excellent location — right in the heart of the city, on a pedestrian street. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and everything else a tourist might need right around the hotel. It’s incredibly convenient to have everything within walking distance.

− We were not particularly impressed with the breakfast. However, there were a huge number of restaurants nearby, so this was not really an issue for us.

Outstanding location and value to money. Had great experience overall.

+ The property is at heart of the city.

− They do provide basic amenities however limited facilities understandable due to very low cost.

Stayed one day..Little hectic to carry all baggage through stairs

+ Convenient location in the city.

− While check in no staffs were available at the counter and waited more than half an hour. No fresh bed sheets and pillows.

− Asansör olmadan 2 standart kat yuksekliginde merdiven çıkıyorsunuz. Yorucu değil ama erişim engeli olanlar için sorun.

It was uncomfortable stay for me with my 2 little kids.

+ Staff over there were nice and good.

− Cement pieces were falling down from ceiling top and was too risky to stay. It Happened twice in 1 day.

− No proper service for breakfast Maid who was cleaning also was the one only cooks breakfast No proper service We canceled then
