Didnt get what i booked

− Very disappointing experience. We did not receive the apartment we originally booked. When we arrived, the host gave us a different apartment where the air conditioning was not working. After we complained, he asked us to move to another apartment in the same building. We were not given a proper opportunity to see or inspect the apartment before moving. The host assured us that the second apartment was much better, so we trusted him and agreed to move. Unfortunately, the second apartment was also in poor condition and was not as advertised. The beds were very weak and uncomfortable, the kitchen facilities were inadequate, the apartment was not properly cleaned, and the air conditioning worked intermittently. Overall, we paid for a specific apartment but were given different accommodation that was, in our experience, worse than what we had booked. The host's assurances did not match the actual condition of the apartment. This was a very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this accommodation.
