Great hotel with a pool, just few steps from the center.
+ Nice and comfortable hotel with great view over Mt Ararat from the balcony. Swimming pool was a big benefit for hot September days.
− Nothing to complain.

Lovely location, great view and super nice pool area.
+ The hotel situates at a prime location, about 20 min walk from the center. In this area there are new high standard buildings. We liked the most the view from our suite overlooking toward the Ararat, and beside that we enjoyed a lot the beautiful and super clean pool. The suite was comfortable and the AC worked well.
− The daily cleaning didn't work properly. We had to ask several times and beside that it didn't happen.

+ The overall impression was good. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially liked the pool.
− The housekeeping left a stranger’s dirty and damp towels on top of my open suitcase, directly on my clean clothes. My own towels were hanging on the rack.

Excellent Hotel in Yerevan
+ We really liked the hotel. It was exactly as I had expected. Our room had a view of the pool.The pool was large and very clean. We found some lounge chairs under the trees and really enjoyed them. A true oasis in the city of Yerevan. The breakfast was satisfactory, although I would have preferred a bit more variety.It was a bit far from downtown—about 25–30 minutes—but we didn't mind because we took a taxi.

Хорошее соотношение цена-качество, но предпочтительнее отдыхать в будни.
+ Очень доброжелательный персонал. Особенно хочется поблагодарить швейцара Георгия, который не только помог с чемоданами, но и дал рекомендации по вызову такси и с удовольствием поделился рассказом о местных особенностях и традициях.
− По выходным у бассейна очень громкая музыка, что мешает общаться взрослым и спать маленьким детям. Ресторан находится прямо около диджея и есть проблематично. Останавливаемся не первый раз. Розетки во многих номерах расшатанные, пользоваться проблематично.

+ Very nice place, little bit outside of the city, but road to the airport without traffic jams. Big rooms, great service. Nice fancy restaurant close by.

Very convenient hotel if you come with car.
+ I chose this hotel because I was arriving with a rental car, and they have plenty of parking spaces (around 20). The hotel is located in a cul-de-sac, so there is no traffic. It is a hotel with 4 rooms per floor, so it was fairly quiet. And the room I got was quite big. I liked the fact that you can rotate the TV to face the bed or the couch.
− The hotel staff handled everything efficiently, but there was very little friendliness or personal attention, like they were simply going through the motions rather than genuinely engaging with guests. It is something that the hotel could improve. Food was fulfilling but nothing to write about. Also, the last day of my stay there was a private party at the restaurant, and most of the parking spaces were taken (fortunately, I was at the 9th floor, so I did not hear any noise).
