Stay was nice but complementary things less

+ Room is comfortable well arranged

− There was not complementary things which is provided by other hotels for example sleepers and tooth kit and other kits also not tissue provided for toilet and hall as well other rest is very good

All was good just parking was a little far

+ Service was good staff was friendly

− Room was clean

− Just be prepared for some sound tremors coming from the night clubs at night

Good stay near ADCB

+ Staff are freindly especially the porter man at reception. Decent size rooms though bathroom is bit small. Very close to ADCB metro station. I probably will stay again with decent price.

− They close breakfast very quickly before 10am, expect at least till 10:30am as still people come for breakfast at 10am.

My 3rd stay in President hotel!

+ The location and rooms were of fair size. The bathroom was nice, neat and clean.

− Breakfast could have been a bit better. I guess the spring mattress was wearing out a bit. Wasn't that comfortable. They should allow guests to connect usb or hdmi to the TV in the room.

+ I like everything and enjoyed with my partner

− But the problem we tried to watch movie at TV nothing was coming.

Pleasant

+ Its very comfortable. The staff and bellboy is very kind. Very hospitable. The breakfast buffet was great.

− we had a hard time sleeping because our room was located in the first floor and I have a 4 year old son. The banging of the speakers of the bar didnt allow us to sleep early.

It would have been even better if there had been a microwave oven in the room.

+ I would like to share my wonderful experience at the President Hotel in Dubai, conveniently located near the ADCB Metro Station. Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the housekeeping team does a fantastic job. A special thanks to Mr. Rashid and the receptionist, Ms. Mansi. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their warm attitude makes you feel like part of the family. Mr. Rashid, especially, has a very helpful nature and is always ready to assist with a smile. We are very happy that we chose to stay at this hotel. If we need to book a hotel in Dubai again, President Hotel will definitely be our first choice. We will also happily recommend it to our friends and family. Excellent

+ The location and good value for the money 🤑. The restaurant offers free breakfast for the booking made through booking .com was good.The restaurant in the hotel serves nice food for lunch and dinner (Paid).

− All the staff were good, except a receptionist named Nayana. She is not having kindness/ hospitality, which hotel staff required the most in Hotel business.She is rude in her attitude not knowing about a guest booking. The bathroom during the shower in the room where I stayed, water spreading on the floor due to improper Isolation (plastic screen hangs as separation).

Value for the money...

+ Breakfast in the morning.. The location

− The bathroom when the shower is used is messy with wetting all the area without having proper separation(hanging plastic screen), water spreads on the floor. It is also, if guests are not cautious it can cause slipping. Leads to safety incidents. This shall be looked into, to make more better service to the guests with safety aspects.
