We were moved to different accommodation

+ Communication to the point of leaving us at the villa was very good

− We were informed our room was not available so we would be moved to a villa, I was in flight so just agreed. We arrived after midnight and were met, and taken to a villa with no resemblance to the photos on the post, we were taken in and given wifi code, then left alone. We had no idea where we were, there were no neighbouring occupied buildings. In the morning i messages to ask where a shop for water was and was told a few minites walk away. No directions. It felt unsafe so we waited for our transport and left . We were behind a high wall and had a locking gate but the front door of the villa did not lock. This felt very unsafe.

− Avoid this place. It is extremely hard to locate, and the host wasn't waiting for us even though we communicated our arrival time in advance. The apartment smelled bad, wasn't properly cleaned, the mattresses were awful, and one of the bedrooms lacks air conditioning. Save your money and book elsewhere.

− + they call the place "Premium Residence" but this place is not premium so it did not meet are expectations. + When you arrive at night in the dark, there is no sign to find the place, you dont feel save there. + Dirty entrance + The beds are terrible, very bad mattress

+ Well equipped apartment Almost everything you need is provided,like vacuum ,cooking utensils,extra blankets, washing machine ,gas cooker etc

− There was no bidet shower in the bathroom

+ We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great from start to finish. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The location was perfect, and everything we needed was nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We also really appreciated the airport transfer service — everything was perfectly organized. We were met on time and taken to the airport right on schedule, which made our departure stress-free. Thank you for such a comfortable and pleasant stay! Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing stay with multiple problems, The hotel is quite different from the impression created by the photos on Boo

+ “Raul” at the reception was by far the best part of our stay. He was extremely helpful, professional and genuinely tried to solve the problems we faced and make our stay more comfortable. We really appreciated his support and attitude.( and also „ARZU” in Service )

− Unfortunately, our overall experience was very disappointing. We booked two rooms for four guests and contacted the hotel in advance because the booking document incorrectly showed one guest per room. We clearly explained that we were four people, and the hotel confirmed in writing that everything was fine and there was no need to cancel or rebook. However, when we arrived, they initially did not respect what had been confirmed and tried to charge us significantly more. I had to contact Booking.com, who reviewed our previous messages with the hotel and thankfully helped resolve the situation. There were also several problems during the stay: a leaking bathroom tap, the water sometimes stopping while taking a shower, and a very basic breakfast. Even regular coffee was not included and required an additional payment. Considering the price, I definitely would not recommend this hotel. In my opinion, you can find much better and more luxurious hotels outside Baku Old City for the same price or even less. I also personally would not choose to stay inside the Old City again.

− Unfortunately, the bathroom had a very pervasive unpleasant smell.

+ Me and my husband’s stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful. The location was excellent, very close to the airport,apartment was spotless and had all the equipment we needed, we truly felt like at home. The host was friendly, responded to all our questions quickly, gave us recommendations for planning a city tour as a local😊 Higly recommended and would stay here if I plan to come again!
