Pleasant
+ The receptionist staff especially Julie and Grace ate very well and easy to talk with it. And when we complain about thz arrigant security staff in the groynd floor they give an action immediately . So its is so nice if in reception you have women staff rather than in yoyr other branch like jaddaf all boys because they dnt know how so talk propertly in customer .
− The arrogant security in the ground floor. He need to undergo seminar for how to handle customer properly.

Regular choice for week-long business trips
+ Great location and good value for money, including the 6pm late checkout option. Regular housekeeping and generous with towels, water. Modern gym equipment.
− The water pressure in the shower is really awful, and no tissues or iron/ironing board provided in the room. Unfortunately housekeeping took almost an hour to deliver one which was too long to wait.
