A great location but the best thing about the hotel is staff that make you feel special.
+ The staff in the hotel is 10/10 - everyone is working so hard to make sure guests are comfortable. Very efficient and friendly, huge respect to the staff and particularly thanks go out to Irem at the Guest repatriation desk who was exceptionally helpful to us throughout our stay - nothing was too much trouble for her and it’s so great to have a designated person at a hotel who you can approach with any questions.
− Just bear in mind that the hotel itself is a bit old now which definitely shows in places, so not necessarily the usual 5 star level that you might picture in your head. If you manage your expectations to avoid disappointment and you will have a great time there.

A very good place to have a short vacation
+ Well ... its not my first time staying att this hotel. Starting from the reception, evry one was kind and helpful but the yung guy VATEN was hery kind, helpful and gave us as a family a very good vibe from the beginning of our stay. He was very welcoming and makes sure that we get what we wanted and he didnt left us tills everything was as we wanted. So a big thank to him. The pool is clean and the temperature is perfect. the food is good but it could be better by makes new things every day not every 2 or 3 days with the same maine dishes but its fine because you will find alot of choices anyways. Another big thanks to the waiter SUBHAN in the pool restaurant att the afternoon, he is a hardworking guy serving from his hart and makes sure that everyone is happy and comfortable before leaving. And i will not forget his big smile all the time makes me as a guest feel welcomed and comfortable. The Hammam and massage was good not perfect but it was worth the money. I dont wont to miss anyone else Everyone was welcoming and good but these two guys Vaten in the front desk and Subhan at the pool restaurant made our days for real. So thanks for them.
− The drinks on the bar could be better with more options. The beds and the pillows wasn't comfortable.

Excellent value for money, amazing staff.
+ First of all, the famous turkish hospitality! But here, it exceeds expectations. About the accomodation, features and overall look, it really depends on your mindset. What do you expect from the amount you pay. Again, it exceeds expectations. Lavish menu options, premium choice of drinks. Great time intervals in which facilities, restaurants, bars are open. 24/7 bar - great option. Giant pool. Even larger than other way more expensive resorts in Belek. What is very smart about the layout is that, having a giant pool, they managed to accomodate a large number of sunbeds, all of which are on the poolside. So the famous towel reserve practice won't bother you, even if it happens. But that's not the hotel's fault. Never had a day without being able to choose very good spot. Also, a big plus for animation team. Very high quality people, engaged. Top. Also got the chance to catch a few good shows. Great entertainment schedule. Great plus for the cleaning people, always there, even the lady at the towel booth was happy to be there, engaging with our kids, really something else. Awesome first contact with guest relations and everything we needed solved, was done immediately by the reception staff. Actually, I cannot pinpoint one department that was above all others. You get the same quality of interaction with all departments. And that only means good management. Congratulations!
