A lovely stay at Porto Bello — everything was excellent, and I would happily come back again. 😃
+ Everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable, with wonderful facilities and a fantastic location. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Great Hotel.
+ The hotel was great and they upgraded our room. There was a lot of choice for breakfast and the animation team were great, especially the guy who arranages the darts activites.
− It would have been nice if we were informed of eveything included. The hotel reception just gave us the key and then moved on. We had to go and ask the Guest Services on what was included. We met some people on the holiday and they didn't even know about the a la carte restarurant and that it was included for one visit. Maybe they could create a lealfet in what is included and how to book, or go through it when you check in. The Guest Services are great and very helpful but the recpetionists are a bit rude. Also the beach is not the best, very stoney.

Beautiful hotel, loved it
+ Loved the lobby, the flexibility of food availability, the snooker / pool tables, the spa, the Gym, the pools
− The food was very Turkish not a lot of variety (intercontinental), however having stayed at another hotel due to flight issues - it was similar there too. The cleanliness could be a bit better to be honest - we often needed more towels, toilet paper and the room seemed a bit dusty/floors a bit dirty. Bedsheets were clean and updated daily.

+ A great hotel with an excellent pool, good entertainment, and convenient beach access with hotel sun loungers and a bar. The location is in a lovely area, the food is fantastic with plenty of variety, and the rooms are very comfortable and quiet.
− The spirits served are from low-quality brands, while better options come at an extra charge. The pool table also requires an additional fee, and unfortunately, the pool that was supposed to be heated was cold.

Amazing time at this 5* hotel!
+ Very clean, next to the beach, swimming pool very clean, room has been clean every day, new towels every day. The food was very delicious! Will come again. I recommend 100% The staff very friendly all the time doesn’t matter the hour.

Amazing sea, amazing food, amazing bar))
+ The food was absolutely amazing! The local dishes were incredible, and there was a huge variety to choose from. The bar also had a great selection of drinks, and the bartenders were happy to make cocktails that weren’t even on the menu!
− The hotel feels a little neglected in terms of maintenance. It’s hard to tell whether the building is simply old or whether some of the renovation work was not done very carefully. There were quite a few places with torn wallpaper and damaged walls. In our room, the shower door was not properly sealed and let water through. The main door lock also didn’t open on the first try, and this even happened to the staff member who brought our luggage. Overall, there are quite a few small things that make the hotel feel somewhat poorly maintained. Although the staff were generally friendly, a few members made political comments that I found inappropriate and offensive. I don’t think political opinions should be brought into interactions with guests, especially when the comments can be perceived as insulting.

+ Everything. The food, drinks, facilities, beach. The gentleman at the reception was excellent. They upgraded our room for free and even gave us a complementary wine.
− Nothing. One of the days the room was not cleaned, beds not made. No air freshner in the bathroom.
