Very Good

+ I've stayed here numerous times, it's the friendliest hotel on Patong beach. It' sells itself as a Boutique hotel, it's more unique than boutique. Ann and Roger run a hotel that's tremendous value for money. There's no pretence about the place, it has everything you need in a small budget friendly hotel. The location is fantastic, virtually on the beach and within a 15 minute walk to the madness of Bangla.

clean, beautiful, noisy, owner inhospitable, lack of supplies, I do not recommend

+ Our room was cleaned every day and water and coffee were left. The hotel has a good location and a beautiful garden.

− The things we didn't like were: Inadequate attitude of the hotel owner. He had to pick us up from the airport, as it was included by them, he said it would cost us 1200 baht, we agreed and agreed when we landed and the agreed time, to write. He explained that he didn't want to pick us up because the flights are slow. Let me emphasize that this is the first time we are in Thailand alone. He wrote to us aggressively with !!! and said that he wouldn't bother with us and that we should look for a hotel and he would refund our money! I explained to him that I had paid everything and there was no way he wouldn't accommodate us, he agreed. He wrote to me in the most rude way that there was no Rose Royce to pick me up and that he was sending another car to pick me up. I didn't want a specific car or anything. We arrived there tired and with a lot of luggage, they refused to accommodate us, even though the hotel was empty. We waited patiently until 2pm and changed there and went sightseeing. Other people were quickly accommodated, but not us. They took a deposit of 1000 baht. They accommodated us on the 3rd floor without an elevator and without anyone helping us. There is no elevator, no good service, other families also confirmed it. The owner is smiling and inadequate! He talked loudly all day, listened to music and there was no peace. There are much better hotels in the area. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, but thank you anyway. Consumables only small shampoos, shower gel and soaps, which are extremely insufficient. Our flights were canceled and he raised the price of the night, given that Booking was half off. Anna said that it was not possible through Booking. We changed the hotel to a great one and in an even nicer place. The price included a rich breakfast, half the price of this hotel, there was a washing machine for 500 baht, supplies, a toothbrush, toothpaste, ear buds, makeup, body cream. Everything and an elevator!

Comfortable and smooth

+ Located just a couple of minutes away walk from the patong beach. The lady at the reception is friendly, professional and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and it was comfortable. The room was quite spacious. I must say it was a good value for money we paid.

− Dim lighting and the choice of color painted on the walls make it look shady, which it is not.

Friendly place at a great location

+ Very nice staff, great chilled beer to rest by the swimming pool, perfect location.

Average hotel with basic amenities.

+ Close to beach.

− Disadvantage since it is close to beach people come late night and make noise.

Given the price,location and facilities a reasonable choice.

+ Location

− The owner/manager likes to drink and play music by the pool. Noisy and off-putting for people who want to use the pool.

Great room, great location, great value.

+ All 4 of us could stay in one room. Very short walk to Patong Beach. Across the street from Fuga Beach Club.

− Wouldn't allow a late check out even though or room was not immediately needed

Pleasant

+ everything is good

− Sleep at night is not very quiet, every night there is loud music, but this can not be solved.

Stay was value for money, and we chose it for its location.

+ Location is nice, value for money

− Staff could be more understanding to customer requirements rather them asking to book flights at the right time. It is just a normal communication protocol, like you can charge and it's within your rights and allow early check-in (if possible). I am happy to pay if required, rather than get a lecture on I saved money by booking tickets early. There must be a reason we book early, not to save 1000THB :).. All rest good I guess

Place near beach, pool and pool bar, friendly staff and owners and good value for money

+ Good location, near beach and walking distance from restaurants. Nice pool area and drinks/service in pool bar available, lot's of green. Room has what you need and good bed for all three persons. Easy and good communication, lovely people and thanks for hospitality. If we come back to Patong beach for sure under consideration again.

− This is not a negative thing, just observation. Don't expect marble and luxury, those places are elsewhere. But lot's of personality. Location is good but because it is near busy beach road you can hear noisy cars and people, especially fridays and saturdays when traffic goes on quite late, for us it was not an issue but if you look for quiet place it is good to know.
