Good Location and helpful staff.
+ Property is at good location, patong beach is on the walking distance of 10-15 minutes.
− They charged 4%extra over the tariff as taxes. When we pay by credit card. Which is surprising for us!!

Good
+ The size of the apartment was good. It had lots of space for 4 of us. Easy access to food and the market nearby. We rented a scooter easily there and had access to the taxi and other transportation too.
− The shower drainage was blocked and the water level rises up after every shower. The water smelled like sewage water.
