A calm and welcoming oasis in a busy place!

+ Service from the hotel desk could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Truly exceptional from before my flight even arrived to after I left. Great communication. Very quiet hotel despite the lively location.

− The room was small, which was fine for a solo traveller but would have preferred more room for luggage.

Excellent service and a fantastic hotel!

+ The hotel was fantastic, and we really have no complaints about the hotel. Meriem and Roza were excellent and made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay, and even helped up arrange a taxi back to the airport after checking out, so the service was top notch. The room was spotlessly clean and the facilities provided were great. The hotel is in a very convenient location - 2 minutes walk to the metro and about 10 minutes to Galata tower. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Peaceful stay

+ Great location, quiet even though in a busy area. Clean comfortable beds, minimal furnishings. Friendly and accommodating staff at the reception.

− You can still hear construction noises outside, so if you are a sensitive sleeper take a pair of earplugs. But that’s not the hotel’s fault. It’s on the hill near Galata tower, might be challenging for guests with pushchairs or mobility issues.

+ The hotel is clean and tidy, staff all lovely and even came to meet us and help with our bags because of stairs outside. Looks lovely inside. Exactly like pics online

Lovely hotel in a great area

+ The property is a great value for the price paid. In my opinion the location is unbeatable. 5 min from a major metro connection and walking distance to famous touristic sites.

− The room is a bit small but it's totally fine for a couple nights stay, especially if you are only coming back to the room to sleep. Everything was clean and worked properly.

Exceptional

+ The hotel room was so beautiful and well designed. We found everything that we needed. The location is absolutely perfect, couldn’t be better. Special special mention to Meriem and Roza, they were so lovely and helped us with everything. The sweetest girls I met in the city without a doubt. We felt so safe and well taken care of because of them! I’d recommend this place to everybody visiting Istanbul.

+ Location is perfect. Clean and tidy. Staff so helpful and amazing, special thanks to Meriem, Roza & the gentleman who received us but I forgot his name. They went above and beyond also great advices about where to go and how to get there. The place was also so comfortable and perfect.

+ It was really the perfect Istanbul holiday for us. Hotel was clean, comfortable and has the perfect location. It is in the sweet spot between Galata and Taksim. Upper street goes to Asmali/Pera which is the famous bars street of Taksim. Even the street was loud, room was quite and peaceful. Most importantly the hotel staff were fantastic. They helped us with transportation arrangements, they were ready to help with every question we had. We will definitely come again.

Beautiful stay inside the absolute heart of Istanbul.

+ Location, staff, and room decoration. The building itself has both elevator and spiral stairs. We enjoyed walking the steps up to our room at level 3. See photos attached.

− The entrance is kind of hard to find, but once you find it, it's very easy to get in and out. It's not a issue at all actually.
