+ LOCATION is excellent. Historical, amazing building and well maintained. Breakfast is excellent.
− Forgotten things were not found or saved in the "lost and found"... Small things, but were important.

+ The hotel staff are incredibly welcoming, attentive, polite and professional. They were especially kind and thoughtful toward my daughter. Steeped in rich history, the hotel has witnessed Turkey’s historical changes. The room is spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed, and the location is excellent！Its location makes it easy to get everywhere, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious 👍

Simply beautiful, chic, and elegant.
+ The history, the interiors, and the architecture were simply splendid—truly breathtaking. It is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful hotels in Istanbul, if not the most beautiful in the city. It's as if you have traveled back in time to the glorious days of the 19th and 20th centuries. The Orient Bar was excellent, and the entire staff was exceptionally respectful, warm, and friendly. Every detail made the experience memorable. Definitely worth a visit, and I sincerely hope I have the opportunity to return.
− The breakfast, however, definitely needs improvement. Considering the hotel’s remarkable history and reputation, the breakfast selection and overall experience did not quite live up to the standard one would expect. The setting where breakfast was served was also rather disappointing. Given the hotel’s beautiful interiors and historic character, there are many other elegant and atmospheric spaces that could have provided a much more fitting setting for breakfast.

The perfect hotel
+ Having stayed before at Pera Palace, it was even more delightful, as we had rooms facing the Golden Horn. The hotel has an indiscribable charm and it has retained its initial elegance. Everything looked wonderful, from the room to the Orient bar and terrace. Very good breakfast, as well. Special thanks to the wonderful Esma who received us and was a lovely and attentive guide and to Enes, who helped us at check-out.

+ We loved the Pera Palace it was our kind of hotel. Historical edge in comfortable , well appointed surroundings with generous, kind and thoughtful staff. Located 10 mins walk from Galata tower and 15 from Galata Bridge.
