+ Great location, extremely close to everything by foot and if needed public transport. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and most importantly the staff is sooooo friendly and nice! Both Kamran and the other guy (we didn't catch his name) were amazing. Picked us up by foot and helped us carry our bags to the hotel due to the closure of the streets for the f1 race and even helped us when we were scammed by another hotel. Book this place!

+ The hotel has exelent location, right in heart of old city.. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Eldar and Kamran did their best for us! Raya and Cemale prepared tasty breakfast and made sure that we have everything in our room from tea/coffee/water to shampoo and shower gel ( even though we had advised that we didn't need cleaning services...) We found even small toothpaste and toothbrushes in the bathroom! It was sooow nice!! The price for hotel surprised affordable!!!! So.. Highly recomment this hotel!

Fantastic hotel
+ The host, Kamran, was very friendly and helpful. Kamran made us feel very welcome and so did the other staff. Breakfast was amazing. There was something different every morning and it was really delicious. The location was very good. The room was spacious. I liked the fact that it was quiet and peaceful.

+ This hotel has an excellent location, inside the old city and close to the sea. The receptionist guy was very helpful and we felt an open-hearted and warm hospitality here.

− The bed was very hard, and we requested a double bed and got two single bed made one so the union between the beds was a hole.

Excellent Hotel within the Old City
+ The location was awesome, just at the edge of the boundary between old and new city. You can easily reach the road within 2 minutes, so carrying our baby though the cobblestones of the old city was a non-issue. The staff was exceptionally well behaved and gave off happy vibes. Their English could use some work but that didn't cause any lag in our communication. The breakfast was not bad. I liked it overall but expected somewhat more. I believe it was off-season so, they didn't had too many dishes but the dishes that were there tasted good and fresh. All-in-all, if I ever visit Baku again, I will reach out to them first.
− Nothing was terribly wrong except maybe the layout of the room. It was not an issue but something worth mentioning.

Friendly and comfortable hotel in the old town
+ It was a very peaceful and convenient place to stay. The staff were very pleasant, particularly Kamran, who took great trouble to look after me. The cake for my birthday was a really lovely touch.
