Cheap hotel with perfect location, walking distance to Blue Mosque about 15 min.
+ The Hotel location is excellent and so is the staff, always smiling and helpful. This is a cheap hotel, dont expect anything fancy. If you only need a clean bed and a shower, this hotel is perfect 👍
− The air conditioning was not working, but we did not want to move to another room, so we stayed without A/C.

+ I stayed at Pearl Hotel from 22 August to 5 September and overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. What I liked most was the kindness of the staff. I especially remember the receptionist on the night shift, although unfortunately I didn’t get his name. He was very kind, helpful and genuinely sincere. His warm and friendly attitude really made me feel welcome. The hotel is also in a convenient location, with the tram station about a 10-minute walk away. I enjoyed being able to use public transport and experience Istanbul like a local. Overall, I felt comfortable staying here, and I really appreciated the genuine hospitality from the staff.
− The main thing I found inconvenient was that there was no kettle in the room. If you like having hot water, tea or coffee in your room, I would recommend bringing your own kettle. Also, although the tram station is only around a 10-minute walk away, the route has some uphill and downhill parts. For elderly guests or anyone who doesn’t like walking on hills, it can be a little tiring. Other than these small points, I had a good experience and enjoyed my stay at Pearl Hotel.

+ Only the location was good. Photos on apps are not real, they are old, rooms are completely different and old
− Room was not clean, lights do not work, images on app do not match reality at all. The furniture is old. Room booked had no lights or AC, they changed the room with a loud Ac, and some lights were broken, fridge is weak. No refund even if room was bad.

I had a good stay and I recommend this hotel.
+ We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located near the city center, main attractions, restaurants, and markets. The value for money is excellent. Special thanks to Mousa at the night reception, who always greeted us with a warm smile. I had a small complaint, and it was resolved very quickly. Highly appreciated!
− Some maintenance is needed, like painting the walls again, fixing damage in the wall from rain and moisture, and fix the TV signal. This comment is just to help improve the hotel, because I liked everything overall.

+ The reception staff is really kind and friendly 🙏🏼 The location is really convenient for visiting the local bazaars as well as some really nice attractions. The value for money is good but we felt disappointed with the condition of the room, we did not expect luxury but the walls were moldy and the bathroom door broken.However the thing that really bothered us was the cleaning, 3 nights and they did not change the towels or something in the room as well as when we arrived the pillows did not have cases and we asked from the House Keeping Lady.

+ The location is really good. Close to Agia Sophia & Kapali Carsi. The staff is friendly and they help you! The room was basic. Tv didn’t work and very bad noise proofing. No fridge.The beds were comfortable. We were listening everything. We didn’t like that we couldn’t buy water or breakfast in the hotel.
