MOLDY HEALTH HAZARD - booked 3 nights, left early due to headache/ lack of cleanliness

+ Location was decent off to the side of central Patong, close to quite a few things, sound at night but fixable through earplugs. close to bangla, jungceylon, otop markets and more very central location.

− BLACK MOLD. Filthy rooms, black mold growing all throughout, mostly in bathroom areas. The mold is very visible and SMELLABLE, even before you get into the room you can smell it, but when you get into the room its horrible. even on the pillows HEALTH HAZARD! DO NOT PAY before seeing the room in person. Unsure but pretty certain there are many fake 10-star reviews from the same users. To counteract the people leaving genuine 1 star reviews. Should be shut down in its current state.

− of course it’s not five stars and some renovation is urgently needed but for the money you pay you really get a nice room

Two weeks stay in Pa tong February2025

+ Very good location ,near to everything ,shops, restaurants ,night life, Pa Tong beach 12 minutes walk , 7 minutes walk from shopping centre. Kind staff very helpful whatever you ask them they help you and willing to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. Very Good Wi-fi for customers . Nice size rooms and very comfortable beds with good size bathroom with shower including safe box T.V , A/C ,enough space for your clothes . We stayed with my brother for 2 weeks 2 rooms ,last minute booking February 2025.

− Personal I did not like that my door locker was not very safe and I think it was mentioned in another feedback from other people. Also There was no proper view from windows .Windows were facing main road but the facing of the hotel is covered so even if you open your window you can not see properly. Bathrooms needs to be repaired properly because there was issue with plumbing and moisture was in many points because there is no window. In addition you need to ask daily for your room to be cleaned which I believe that should not be like this ,hotels must clean daily the rooms and change sheets , towels and pillow covers. Last but not least I would like to mention that if you like to wash any clothes I do not think , they provide good cleaning . I did it , same my brother because we needed clean clothes but was not what I expected or should be expected as " Clean ". Value for money I could say fair just for the location and kind staff but could be less charge per night because there is no breakfast and they need to improve cleaning and facilities and safety for customers regarding the lockers at the doors. I worked in hotels as F&B manager and now in Aviation so I believe safety ,cleaning and facilities are very important if they want to provide nice customer service including staff speaking at least English to communicate with guests very important.

− The laundry service offered by the hotel was a rip off. The room was quite dirty.

− Super loud, you could hear people closing there doors, walking in the stairs, talking and so on. Bed and pillow super hard. Some rooms don’t have window.

− The hotel is really run down , and just a about everything is broken. Doors are broken, lights are missing or blinking, AC, toilets, sinks is dirty and has hardly water, shower was bad and cockroaches running around the hall . It is Maximum a 2 star hotel by European standard. The owner has a " I know best "attitude, so useless trying to talk with her.
