Very Good
+ Location, except not being seaface.
− The staff communication is not so clear in English. At checkout time event hen I tried to explain that a towel was left at swing pool by self, they considered it as stealing and took sometime to let me go. Which is of dis- respect for a guest paying a huge amount a for room rent.

Very Good
+ Beachfront access and convenience and efficiency of front office in checking in guests, responding to queries with follow-up actions promptly
− Housekeeping. We didn't receive fresh towels for two days and had to make two calls to have them delivered. The floor and balcony of our room were not vacuumed. Felt grainy with sand. We could tell the bathroom was not cleaned due to strands of hair in the shower and water stains on the sink.

Great value for money. Great location and friendly staff. Beautiful swimming pool.
+ Staff were amazing. Rooms were clean and fresh. Towels and tea and coffee for us. Nice view from the balcony too overlooking the beautiful pool with lights at night.
− The bed was uncomfortable. Very hard.. Breakfast was average but worth the money we paid.
